ADCO welcomed the newest addition to the family on November 20, 2019.  Patient First Langhorne, conveniently located at the intersection of Route 1 and Oxford Valley Road in Fairless Hills held a ribbon cutting ceremony ahead of their Grand Opening on November 21, 2019.  This brand new, state of the art, free standing building is 7,200 SF and will provide urgent care and primary care services, as well as immunizations, lab testing, and x rays.  Pictured alongside representatives from Patient First, are members of the ADCO ownership group and brokers from NAI Mertz who secured the deal.

Gateway Community Action had its ribbon cutting ceremony October 17, 2019 for the opening of its new, state of the art 6,175 sf WIC office.   The new Camden WIC office includes two waiting areas, six nutritionists’ offices, a height and weight room, nutrition education room and eight intake areas. The office annually serves close to 10,000 low income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women and children under age five who are at nutritional risk. We are thrilled to have Gateway as a new Tenant at the Center as they continue to do great work in the Community!
