Brewery Row

Brewery Row is a joint development project between affiliates of JBCB Brewerytown, LLC, ADCO, and Callahan Ward Companies. The project is a 63 unit apartment development consisting of one (1) and two (2) bedroom units located in the trendy Brewerytown submarket of Philadelphia. The property is being constructed in phases, with the first two phases completed and leased. The final phases are currently in development and construction and will be completed by the spring of 2020.
